GM Satisfaction Guaranteed - Return your car

GM is taking a gamble that once you've driven the car for awhile, you're going to love it. They're putting their money with their mouth is by offering you a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Here's how it works:
  1. Purchase a GM Vehicle, either a Chevy, Buick, Cadillac, or GMC, and keep it for 30 days.
  2. If after those 30 days, you're not 100% satisfied, bring it back to the dealer.
  3. GM will refund the amount you paid to the dealer, including the applicable sales tax.

Buyback Price Details

How much money will I actually get back? You wil get your purchase price, including state taxes. What you won't get back is:
  1. Licensing, titling, or registration fees
  2. Insurance
  3. Dealer Installed Accessories
  4. Aftermarket, or Add-on Equipment (other than factory installed)
  5. Dealer Fees
  6. Extended Warranties or Service Contracts
  7. Finance Charges
  8. Negative Equity (from trading in a previous car)

The Fine Print

The vehicle must have fewer than 4,000 miles, and you must have purchased the car by 11/30/09. This applies to all 2009, and 2010 model year Chevrolets, GMCs, Buicks, and Cadillacs, but excludes medium duty vehicles. This offer does not cover Saab, Saturn, Hummer or Pontiac, and the dealer must be participating in the program, and located in the United States. Vehicle can't be purchased under the GM Company Owned Vehicle Purchase Program.
